Microsoft has revealed their new next-gen console, called the XBox One. It will launch by the end of this year. It will respond to voice commands and run multiple apps/programs simultaneously, and Kinect will be on at all times.
Also announced was a new live-action TV series based in the Halo universe. It is being produced exclusively for XBox One by none other than Steven Spielberg.

At long last, the highly-posable and super-detailed Bambaland exclusive Spartan Commando figure made by ThreeA is shipping. I got my tracking number via email tonight. The Carter figure sold through various retailers isn’t shipping quite yet, but maybe it won’t be much longer.

A while back I was able to get a hold of a Halo 3 Special Edition console that was brand new and in very nice shape. The XBox console packaging is pretty fragile and usually dented, scratched, etc., so I was fortunate to find this one. I submitted it to Video Game Authority for grading and just received notification that it received an 85+ which puts it in the top tier – gold level. I’m pretty excited about this one, as Halo 3 is my favorite game to date. When it arrives back to me I’ll be posting up some pics. To date it is the only Halo 3 console they’ve ever graded, so that’s pretty cool as well.
