The Mega Bloks Halo CE UNSC Warthog was an exclusive giveaway item from Mega Bloks at the HaloFest event this year. It is a limited edition item (edition size 5000), and includes a Master Chief colored Spartan II and a gold colored Covenant Arbiter.
