Tony Goodman, founder of Ensemble Studios, has taken a walk down memory lane while discussing the development of Halo Wars in an interview with Games Industry International. He talks about the challenges they encountered, how it started as a different game entirely, and how Bungie felt that the game was “whoring out” the franchise. Personally, I thought Halo Wars was a good change of pace for the franchise, and did a great job adding to the fiction of the Halo Universe.
